Deck builder, full or part-time

Wights Deck+Design is a small family business. Our core belief is we can beautify our community, take excellent care of our families, and having fun doing it. We design and build custom outdoor living spaces, specifically decks. Due to our small size and abundant demand we offer these services year round, rain or shine.

Position available
- Crew member/laborer.
- Build decks and outdoor living spaces.
- No knowledge, skills, or tools necessary. We will train, educate, and equip.

- Excels in safe practices and continually promotes improvements to daily safety operations. Is aware of their surroundings and anticipates areas of safety concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Valid WA driver's license
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a state patrol background assessment
- At least 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 50lbs continuously
- Positive to a fault
- A functional smart phone
- Reliable transportation, punctual

Hours and Compensation
- Full-Time hours, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
- Compensation starting at $22 or DOE
- Overtime and bonus pay available
