JOB DESCRIPTION

Masterson Staffing has teamed up with a valued client to hire an Aluminum TIG Welder in Big Lake, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm plus overtime as needed.Pay: Hourly Wage $24.00 - $26.00 DOEDays of the week scheduled: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:

Ability to weld using a TIG welder.

Interpret blueprints & drawings.

Possess basic math skills.

Ability to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line.

Reliable

Must be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift.

Standing, bending, lifting, twisting & gripping

Wearing PPE

Must be able to communicate with a variety of people.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
