The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Framing Superintendent to lead on-site operations for complex, wood-framed commercial construction projects ranging from $35M to $130M. You'll oversee teams of up to 80 framing professionals and coordinate closely with project leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This is a hands-on leadership role working side by side with a Framing Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Junior Superintendents. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site framing operations for high-budget commercial projects Supervise, mentor, and develop junior superintendents and field crews Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, fabrication, equipment, modeling) Drive project quality, innovation, and scheduling in partnership with leadership Travel as needed within Colorado (housing and per diem provided) Experience 12-15+ years of hands-on experience in wood framing and site supervision Proven track record leading large framing crews (50-80+ personnel) Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Solution-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable working in both urban and mountain project environments Committed to relocating to a mountain site (Vail, Eagle, Avon) after the first year Looking for a long-term opportunity with stability and upward mobility Why Join Us?
