• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail for inspections and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively.
• Proficiency in using tools for measurement and inspection.
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

• Degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction or quality control.
• Experience with Bluebeam software.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans and codes.
• Evaluate the quality and suitability of construction materials.
• Verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs and reports.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Identify potential issues and collaborate with project teams to develop solutions.
