- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Evaluate the quality and suitability of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and other components.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and test results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings, including any deviations or non-conformances.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding inspection results and necessary corrective actions.
- Identify potential issues and collaborate with project teams to develop effective solutions.
- Conduct or oversee field and laboratory tests on materials to assess their quality and performance.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards.
- Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using tools for measurement and inspection, such as calipers, micrometers, and testing equipment.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to multi-task.

- Mechanical experience.
- Prefer a degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or sufficient experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in construction or quality control.
- Data Center experience is highly valued.
