• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools.
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

• Degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction or quality control.
• Experience with Bluebeam software.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Evaluate the quality and suitability of construction materials.
• Verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and test results.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential issues and collaborate with project teams to develop effective solutions.
• Conduct or oversee field and laboratory tests on materials.
