HVAC Technician for Multifamily Real Estate

We're in search of an expert HVAC technician and installer that has the ability to complete projects in an effective and timely manner. Must have prior experience in servicing and replacing heat pump systems and willing to complete technical testing prior to hire. This position may require minor plumbing or electrical repairs, as required.

Requirements:
-Must be HVAC certified
-Must be able to multi-task effectively under pressure
-Must have the ability to diagnose problems and correct them accordingly
-May be required to lift and move heavy objects
-Must have knowledge of all areas of general and advanced equipment repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
-Must have a valid Driver's License
-Must be able to pass a credit check, technical knowledge test, criminal background check and drug screen

To be considered for this position, you must have hands-on experience in HVAC repair.
