Location: Renton, WA 98057

Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (6 Months)

Schedule: Must be able to work either shift

Starting Pay: $45.00hour (+ $110 weekly per diem for non-local candidates)

Your Role: Precision, Performance, Progress

As an Assembly Mechanic supporting 737 fuselage production, you'll play a critical role in assembling, installing, sealing, rigging, inspecting, and testing structural and systemponents. Your expertise will directly impact product quality, safety, and overall aircraft performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect structural and systemponents per engineering specs

Interpret and work from blues, process specifications, and verbalelectronic instructions

Use shop math and precision measuringtest instruments

Perform functional testing and adjustments for fit, form, and function

Operate and maintain assembly tooling and equipment

Identify and report discrepancies

Perform basic machine maintenance (lubrication, filter changes, etc.)

Move products within work areas using shop equipment

Support continuous workflow and assisttrain fellow employees

Cross-train in inspection and be SIA qualified

Participate in total preventative maintenance and safetypliance procedures

Qualifications

Required:

Must be able to work either shift

Must be blue-proficient

Must have 5+ years of aerospace sheet metal experience

737 rework andor structures background preferred

Must pass Plate Test

Additional Benefits:

Paid flights or mileage reimbursement for travel to training in Wichita, KS

Hotel reimbursement during Wichita training period

$110 weekly per diem for candidates residing over 100 miles from work location

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
