Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring 3rd-year or higher electrical apprentices for a school renovation project in Pine Bluff, AR. Apprentices will assist licensed electricians with various aspects of the renovation and must be able to work safely under supervision while following layout instructions and prints.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running EMT and MC conduit

• Pulling wire and assisting with device terminations (switches, plugs, lights)

• Installing and mounting boxes, panels, and light fixtures

• Following blueprints and layout instructions

• Supporting journeyman electricians in daily tasks and maintaining a clean, safe jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3rd-year apprentice with verifiable electrical experience

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, steel-toe boots)

• Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of a journeyman

• Reliable transportation and willingness to learn

• Experience on school or renovation projects is a plus
