What Will You Be Doing?
- Schedule plumbing rough-ins, slabs, and finishes in coordination with builders and internal field teams.
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure plumbing phases align with builder timelines and critical path milestones.
- Communicate schedule changes and job site readiness with field supervisors, technicians, and project managers.
- Confirm site readiness before dispatching crews to avoid delays or wasted trips.
- Track and coordinate inspections with municipalities as needed for plumbing phases.
- Work closely with warehouse/inventory team to ensure materials and equipment are delivered to job sites on time.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of scheduled jobs, progress notes, and field updates.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with builders, superintendents, and trade partners.
What Will You Bring?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related construction/project coordination experience preferred.
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience in residential construction (preferably plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades).
- Strong understanding of the construction process and terminology, particularly as it relates to new home plumbing installations.
- Proficient with scheduling software and project management tools including Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Primarily office-based, with occasional job site visits if necessary
