Project Manager

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join the team at a well-established, family-owned and operated company. This client specializes in life-cycle commercial roof management, including new construction, re-roofs, and ongoing maintenance. Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your projects, from initial planning to final closeout. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, crews, suppliers, and internal departments. Maintain clear and consistent communication (written and verbal) to keep projects running smoothly.
On-Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce strict safety standards, and verify that workmanship meets both company and manufacturer specifications.
Scheduling and Logistics: Efficiently schedule crews, equipment, and materials to align with project timelines and prevent delays or overages.
Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including daily logs, change orders, job costing updates, and project status reports for all stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Provide weekly project status updates to the Operations team, assessing production goals and overall project health.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Commercial roofing experience in both the field and project management.
Experience with roofing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and timelines.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected challenges, such as weather delays or job site issues.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to motivate teams and uphold high standards of performance and safety.
