Project Manager Steel Fabrication

Summary:

• We re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our growing steel fabrication team.
• In this key role, you ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of steel projects ensuring they re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• You ll work closely with engineers, clients, contractors, vendors, and detailers to coordinate all phases of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are completed on or below estimated budgets
• Participate in bid review and project turnover meetings
• Oversee and maintain project schedules for both billing and production activities
• Submit and manage change orders for all scope adjustments
• Serve as a primary liaison between the company, customers, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction-related industry
• Strong background in project management, especially where frequent change orders occur
• Valid driver s license required
• Must be able to work on-site, in SE Minnesota
• Travel 10%
