HVAC Technician - EPA Certified

We are hiring a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Residential HVAC Technician to join our Huntsville, Alabama team. If you're customer-focused, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team. You’ll work in a variety of environments installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems with an emphasis on excellent service and long-term customer relationships.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems , including central A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity

• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately

• Communicate repair options and pricing clearly to homeowners before work begins

• Educate customers on system usage, filter changes, and basic maintenance

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and EPA 608 regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, materials used, and time on-site

• High school diploma or GED required

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and mobile work order systems

• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and kneel/stand for extended periods
