We are hiring a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Residential HVAC Technician to join our Huntsville, Alabama team. You’ll work in a variety of environments installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems with an emphasis on excellent service and long-term customer relationships.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems , including central A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately
Communicate repair options and pricing clearly to homeowners before work begins
Educate customers on system usage, filter changes, and basic maintenance
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and EPA 608 regulations
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, materials used, and time on-site

Specific Qualifications
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and mobile work order systems
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and kneel/stand for extended periods
