Looking For a Journeyman Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Painter to join our growing drywall and paint team. This role involves delivering high-quality finishes on both residential and commercial drywall projects across the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of surface prep, spray techniques, and jobsite efficiency. A commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism is a must.

Responsibilities:

Prepare drywall surfaces by sanding, masking, patching, and priming.
Apply paint, coatings, and texture using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment.
Work on new construction, custom homes, tenant improvements (TIs), and commercial projects.
Collaborate with drywall finishers, superintendents, and general contractors to meet deadlines.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment.
Follow OSHA standards and company safety protocols on all job sites.
Identify and repair surface imperfections before painting.
Keep track of materials used and communicate supply needs as necessary.
Requirements:

5+ years of verifiable painting experience, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of drywall-related painting systems and finishes (including texture matching).
Experience with airless sprayers and industrial-grade painting tools.
Ability to read basic plans and follow verbal or written instructions.
Must have reliable transportation and valid ID.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Familiarity with drywall taping or patching
Knowledge of lift operation or working at heights
Experience in high-end custom home finishes or repaint touch-ups
