Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders to perform Sub Arc and flux core welding on pipes primarily composed of mild steel coming off the production line. The role involves tack welding and predominantly flat welds with occasional vertical welding. Candidates should be proficient in various welding techniques such as Mig, Tig, Stick, and Sub Arc. While specialized training will be provided, familiarity with these welding methods is advantageous.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform Sub Arc and flux core welding on pipes coming off the production line.
+ Execute tack welding and predominantly flat welds with some vertical welding.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
+ Operate and maintain welding machines efficiently.
+ Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 to 2 years of welding experience or willingness to learn quickly.
+ Proficiency in Mig and Flux Core Welding
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Fabrication and fitting experience is highly desirable.
+ Certified welding credentials are a plus.
+ Knowledge of production environments and processes.

The pay range for this position is $59550.00 - $59550.00/yr.
Metatarsal Reimbursement
Safety Glasses reimbursement
All major holidays paid- must work day before or day after
401k plan after 90 days
$20 per pay roughly for benefits
