Bellingham Professional Finishes is currently looking for both skilled and entry-level painters to join our team.
We are seeking hardworking individuals who are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates are motivated to learn new skills, committed to efficient and high-quality work, comfortable with ladder work, and have reliable transportation to our shop.
We offer full-time, year-round employment with opportunities for advancement and overtime pay. We provide company vans, gas, and all necessary tools (excluding brushes).
Responsibilities for this position may include:
* Sanding, masking/unmasking, and surface preparation
* Proper product application
* Leadership and training, leading by example, and being responsible for the quality of your work
* Effective communication and interaction with supervisors and team members
* Self-reliance and dependability for full-time work
* Tool loading/unloading/cleaning
* Maneuvering and packaging millwork
* Working individually or in a group to achieve the highest level of finishes
* Maintaining a clean and professional work area
* Maintaining strict attention to detail in your work
* Accurately tracking time worked and materials used on each project
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation
* A professional appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Depends on experience
Paid time off
Schedule: M-TH, 7am - 5:30pm
