Construction Contract Manager

Join one of the world's most recognizable companies as a Construction Contract Manager in a hybrid role in Elk Grove Village. This role will manage all procurement, contract and project activities. This is a long term contractor role with the opportunity for growth and career stability.

responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal team on RFPs
  
  
• Source for construction project services
  
  
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies to meet project objectives
  
  
• Perform supplier assessments and prepare contract award proposals
  
  
• Review contracts to ensure all requirements are met and meet terms
  
  
• Lead contractual negotiations and deviations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction contract management with experience leading retrofitting projects
  
  
• Contract lifecycle management
  
  
• Compliance and documentation experience
  
  
• Arriba knowledge
