HVAC Service Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our clients residences. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that suit the clients needs while adhering to safety regulations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Read blueprints to generate plans and unit specifications.
+ Negotiate pricing and bids when required.
+ Complete required paperwork accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician.
+ In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
+ Ability to read blueprints and generate plans.
+ Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Clean motor vehicle history.
+ Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in electrical, mechanical, and field service repair.
+ Knowledge in preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
+ EPA universal certification is a plus.
