HVAC Service Technician**
**Job Description**
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC system needs, ensuring that our clients' equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in providing effective solutions tailored to each customer's HVAC requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assess, diagnose, and repair HVAC system needs and equipment failures.
+ Implement effective solutions for customer HVAC needs.
+ Maintain a 'work safe and efficient' attitude.
+ Use IT equipment such as phones, tablets, and computers comfortably.
+ Drive to service locations with a good driving record.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Reliable approach to HVAC system repair.
+ Proficiency in electrical, construction, blueprint reading, mechanical repair, and service.
+ Experience in using hand tools for preventive maintenance and installation.
+ Expertise in commercial HVAC service work, troubleshooting, installation, and field service.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Significant experience (10+ years preferred) with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
+ Familiarity with systems such as standard DX heating and cooling packaged units, split systems, geothermal systems, VRF systems, hydronic systems, boilers, gas heating systems, and ventilation systems.
+ Knowledge of cooling towers and HVAC equipment is a plus.
