Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect S/4HANA FICO to lead our strategic migration initiatives from SAP ECC to S/4HANA . The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with brownfield conversions , solid architectural expertise, and the ability to collaborate across global delivery teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design for S/4HANA FICO migration projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on brownfield conversion from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
• Define and enforce best practices for configuration, customization, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with offshore teams in India to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 13+ years of SAP FICO experience , with at least 1 successful brownfield S/4HANA conversion .
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture , Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance .
• Expertise in migration tools like SUM with DMO, Readiness Check, and Simplification Item List .
• Proven experience in data migration, system conversion, and integration with other SAP modules .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (EST) to support teams across Pacific and India time zones .
