Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Proven experience leading construction crews in residential and/or commercial repair and rebuild projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and scopes of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to perform at a high level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Commitment to safety practices and ensuring a safe job site for all personnel.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
