- Proven experience in restoration or construction, including tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate, and support crews to meet performance and quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with external partners such as clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are prepared and job-ready each day.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to perform quality control inspections and enforce industry specifications.
- Practical problem-solving skills to address job site issues and client concerns promptly.
- Ability to manage inventory and ensure tools, trucks, and equipment are maintained and adequately stocked.
- Reliable and responsive, with the ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ensuring the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.

- Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning through a team huddle to handle the day.
- Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
- Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
- Issue resolution - be the primary point of contact for customers with any questions and/or concerns, and resolve them in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of clean, adequately stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
