Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire position in the Coon Rapids area! As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC equipment and other industrial machinery, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. This is a fantastic chance for long-term employment with a leading manufacturer.

Location: Coon Rapids, MN

Wage: $39.84 - $43.95/hr.

Hours: 6 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the CNC maintenance mechanic:

Disassemble, maintain, and repair CNC and industrial equipment

Repair electronic and electromechanical control equipment

Utilize test instruments to diagnose machine problems

Replace or repair parts on CNC machinery and production systems

Test and make necessary adjustments to ensure machine accuracy

Perform regular preventative maintenance on CNC machines

Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and diagrams

Read and interpret electrical schematics

Lay out, assemble, and install plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Create and troubleshoot electrical circuits

Requirements of the CNC maintenance mechanic:

Trade school certificate and/or degree in a mechanical or electrical-related field with emphasis on CNC machines preferred; or 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Ability to work independently or in a team setting

Ability to pass a drug screen / background check
