Senior Architect Position
SSARCO of TX has an immediate opening for a Senior Architect/Project Leader to join our collaborative practice for a long-term opportunity. You will coordinate technical requirements with design vision/intent, taking ownership of the project during its development and execution.

SSARCO is a Dallas-based Architecture firm, founded in 2022, focused on delivering quality projects for a dedicated group of clients. We specialize in the luxury automotive, fitness center, hospitality (country club) market sectors, but work on a broad range of project types.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about design, obsessive about technical quality of documents, versatile enough to be involved in projects from start to finish and thrives on being resourceful and loves a challenge.
- Excellent time management and relentless pursuit of bringing open items to closure.
- 7-10 years of experience managing entire project lifecycle and design processes through post-occupancy.
- An enthusiastic team player who is humble, hungry, and smart. You enjoy the collaborative energy of being in the office.
- Texas licensed or NCARB registered architect preferred.
- Authorized to work in the US & live or plan to relocate immediately to the DFW area.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing large and small projects.
- Strong grasp of building codes, local zoning, life safety, energy codes, and accessibility.
- Revit Proficient (at least 5 years) including the ability to issue full set of documents coordinated with specs and coordinating with consultants through BIM 360 Collaborator Pro.
- High level technical skills in Construction Document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead /mentor and nimble enough to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred: Experience in commercial architecture, proficiency with Bluebeam Revu shared workflow, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling (Lumion, Enscape / V-Ray, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and independently manage all project phases, ensuring high-quality design and technical solutions.
- Manage document production on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise, lead and support team.
- Track project budgets, profits, and staff productivity.
- Develop and monitor work schedules setting priorities for project activities.
- Maintain client relations and effectively communicate planning concepts.
- Regularly meet with contractors and consultants.
- Produce construction documents, primarily using Revit.
- Write proposals and develop budgets.
