Were currently looking for a Residential Finish Painter to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy working on beautiful homes with a team of professionals, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform surface prep including patching, sanding, taping, priming, and caulking.
* Apply high-quality paint, stain, and specialty coatings to walls, trim, cabinetry, and other surfaces.
* Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve smooth, consistent finishes.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after each project.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients.
* Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
* Follow all safety protocols on-site and during equipment use.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential painting, with finish work preferred.
* Skilled in surface prep, fine brushwork, and spraying techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
* Must be punctual, respectful, and maintain a professional appearance.
Preferred:
* Experience with high-end/cabinetry finishes
* Knowledge of stains, and specialty coatings.
* OSHA 10 or similar safety training certification.
