Job Summary: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and maintain all documentation required and barcode system for production reporting
Must prepare to pass the Job Certification Test for level 'C' in 90 days from start date
Maintain operation of multiple lines, including loading gaskets and packaging end product for shipment
Prepare packaging materials
Visually inspect product for quality control purposes
Measure and record pipe dimensions as directed
Make adjustments on bellers and printing equipment as needed
Move bundled pipe from work area, (scrap and good product)
Assist in production line start-up activities and changeovers.
Cut and band scrap as directe Report any equipment malfunctions, product defects or unsafe conditions immediately
Work as a team with other personnel.
