SUMMARY: Lead the CWS Operations team (on-site) assigned to the Revolution Project. Work with project teams including project managers, project engineers, assistant site managers, and field personnel to ensure the onshore (load out area and yard) activities and the Flotilla activities comply with CWS safety policies and procedures. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the detailed preparations of sea fastening for the WTG components, ensuring that CWS activities are not delaying departure of the flotilla to offshore site. Coordinate and support the execution works of the feeder vessel flotilla in close collaboration with the client, and stakeholders. Enforce the working methods of inspection of sea fastening and the associated project specific equipment in collaboration with the Operational team and the towing vessel crews. Coordinate the flotilla arrival and departure with the primary stakeholders. Lead CWS representative in go/no go meetings with stakeholders. Lead CWS internal Marine Operations meetings. Coordinate the load-out of WTG related components and auxiliary equipment in the marshalling yard with Stakeholders and/or Subcontractors. Ensure the operational process of the loading of the WTG components meets the contractual acceptance in relation to the quality standard together with the on-site client representative. When required, coordinate the operational interfaces with the other disciplines within the project. Lead the project interfaces with Marine Warranty Surveyor associated with CWS responsibilities. When required, provide operational support for subcontractors. Inform and report to the Project Manager about the progress, delays, deviations from the load out plans, vessel asset issues, offshore landing plans and contractual matters that arise during the project. Ensure the operational activities stay within the budget together with the Project Manager. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School degree with a combination of post high school education and related experience equal to five (5) years. EXPERIENCE: 10 years of project management related and site superintendent experience. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint in addition to utilizing project management software. COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders during various stages of construction that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to assess project risks and exposures; identify options and alternatives. Excels in ability to promote and build a team atmosphere, positively influence stakeholders to function effectively as part of a high performing team. Ability to organize, manage and lead at the project level. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to indirectly mentor, coach, train stakeholder employees. Knowledge of project management, planning and cost control. Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, budgeting and administrative management. JOB SCOPE: Position impacts multiple business units/segments. WORKING CONDITIONS: Works both inside an office environment and outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
