The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic. The laborer will be responsible for assisting the drill rig operator with various tasks, including equipment setup, maintenance, and operation. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and tear-down of drilling equipment Operate small hand tools and equipment as directed by the drill rig operator Assist with the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment and tools Load and unload drilling equipment and materials from trucks Perform physical labor such as digging, shoveling, and carrying heavy objects Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Other duties as assigned by management Requirements: Must be able to work legally in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Experience working in construction or related field preferred Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and out of town Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation and be willing to provide an MVR We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
