A growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to join their Minneapolis-based team. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility infrastructure and site development projects from the ground up. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction while supporting project quality,pliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projectsfrom planning throughpletion.
Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on technical guidance to project teams.
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct audits to ensure construction standards are met.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
3+ years of project management experience in civil engineering construction.
PE license preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with construction management software and project documentation tools.
