Heavy Equipment Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$18.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the pellet mill and associated machinery

Monitor ingredients to ensure consistent production of top-quality pellets

Perform regular quality checks to confirm pellets meet established standards

Operate bagging, sealing, stacking, and wrapping equipment efficiently

Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders and forklifts

Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry 40 lb. bags occasionally

Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift

Ability to climb ladders

Machine Operating and Forklift / Payloader experience
