Job Title: Hybrid Construction Manager – Healthcare Projects

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee various healthcare facility projects valued under $10M . This hybrid role involves managing projects from planning to completion , ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements.

• Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address any challenges.

• Ensure all projects adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field .

• Familiarity with healthcare facility construction is a plus.
