An established global leader in sustainable battery technology is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical self-perform teams at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada. As the Senior Construction Manager, you will play a key role in managing the execution of multiple complex construction projects, ensuring that safety, schedule, and budgetary requirements are met while delivering high-quality, industrial-level results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Oversee daily operations of mechanical and electrical self-perform teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project scheduling, procurement, and coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment for mechanical and electrical scopes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, performing regular safety checks and leading safety meetings.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, procedures, staffing needs, and resources required for efficient project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and government agencies.
- Address and resolve day-to-day construction issues, performing inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Lead plant modifications and scope additions, particularly in a shutdown schedule environment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper coordination across mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes.
- Mentor and manage a team of superintendents and project engineers, while fostering growth and development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, including 10+ years in managing field personnel.
- Extensive experience managing electrical and mechanical construction teams and processes.
- 10+ years of electrical and mechanical construction experience, both as a tradesman and supervisor, including knowledge of process pipe welding.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors while meeting strict safety, schedule, and production goals.
- Expertise in industrial and commercial MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and manufacturing facility construction.
- Strong knowledge of plant shutdown scheduling and coordinating complex construction activities.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Office (Excel), and scheduling software like Primavera P6.
