Job Title: Press Brake Setup Operator
Pay: $27-$33 | Monday - Thursday
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setup Operator to setup and operate various press brakes including Cincinnati models. You will work with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20ga to 3/8, and will need to interpret blueprints and GD&T practices to ensure precision. This role involves handling a mix of long and short run jobs each day and requires familiarity with tolerances of +/-1 degree. Additionally, you will assist with preventative maintenance of all fabrication equipment.
Responsibilities
Setup and operate press brake machines including Cincinnati models.
Work directly from blueprints and GD&T practices to achieve precise results.
Manage a combination of long run and short run jobs on a daily basis.
Ensure familiarity with tolerances of +/-1 degree.
Assist with preventative maintenance of fabrication equipment.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Press Brake Setup.
Experience with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Solid references based on attendance record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred experience in precision sheet metal.
Knowledge of car-type mechanical systems.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68500.00/yr.
