What Youll Do:
Deliver excellent customer service while balancing teamwork and independent work.
Build lasting business relationships through regular communication, both in-person and over the phone.
Manage shifting schedules and priorities while keeping projects on track.
Review plan centers daily to identify relevant opportunities in your market.
Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material and equipment needs.
Prepare accurate, timely proposals that align with customer requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and technical details.
Ensure compliance with bid deadlines and submission requirements.
Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations impacting our industry.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related construction-industry role.
Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and terminology.
A problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
