Woodbridge Virginia based Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Company is seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. This individual should be a team player who can work well independently, or with others. The applicant must be very customer oriented. This individual will work on a variety of projects and must be familiar with both residential and commercial plumbing repair applications. The Plumber is responsible for the service, repair and installation of , fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal. NOTE: An upfront bonus may be available for candidates that are looking for a long term commitment. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade. Master Plumbing License A Plus Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the plumbing trade a must. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A clean background check and strong references. Strong levels of communication -- both written and verbal Skills: Work alongside other technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and are in accordance with building code and safety regulations. Ability to be a team player and work towards common goals in a timely and constructive manner. Capable of prioritizing urgent projects and working in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Capacity to work independently without constant supervision.
