Position Overview
As a Carpenter, you will contribute to high-quality commercial builds by performing finish work, framing, light demolition, and site cleanup. Lead carpenters will also be responsible for supervising small crews and ensuring project timelines and standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Execute finish carpentry and framing tasks on commercial job sites
Perform light demolition and maintain clean, organized work areas
Operate standard carpentry tools including hammers, drills, tape measures, squares, and hand saws
Lead and manage a small crew (for lead carpenter roles)
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or carpentry
Skilled in all phases of construction: demo, framing, and finish work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
