Minnesota | Direct Hire | $87k - $160k

We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead water/wastewater treatment and utility infrastructure projects. This role will oversee field operations, site safety, schedules, productivity, and subcontractor coordination while working closely with the Project Manager and owner/design teams.

Must be willing to travel within the state of Minnesota.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe and productive operations.

Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and trade partner performance.

Drive site-specific safety and quality programs with a focus on zero incidents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and field teams.

Troubleshoot challenges and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Superintendent Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of field leadership experience, or 10+ years of progressive construction experience.

Proven success delivering water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.

Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, P6, and related construction software.

OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain); strong safety leadership record.
