Job Summary: The Financial Marketing Support and Funding Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of financial marketing and related activities.

The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Essential Functions:

· Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission

· Manages, trains, and evaluates the Financial Marketing Specialists

· Manages the Retail Customer Experience

· Serves as a liaison for Sales, Sales Support Group, Financial Services, Cat Financial, and other lenders

· Compiles data and produces Financial Marketing Reports

· Oversees the daily funding reporting requirements and Insurance Commission reconciliation

· Assists Salesman in structure of finance package

· Reviews clients financial statements and provides viable financing solutions

· Prepares, submits, and closes finance packages

· Coordinates financial opportunities to enhance the level of new sales and rental unit conversions

· Provides payoffs for conversion contracts, provides quotes on finance options and handles communication between customers, sales, and lenders

· Reviews sales contracts for accuracy and coordinates financial lending opportunities

· Conducts regularly scheduled customer visits

· Develops relationships with specific named accounts

· Tracks and coordinates deal packages from submittal to completion, including funding from lender

· Organizes and participates in pilot efforts of Holt and Cat Financial and other lenders

· Specializes and trains in specific industries (Machines, Ag, Cranes, Trucks, and Power Systems)

· Facilitates and coordinates customer and Cat Financial relationship

· Requires regular and punctual employee attendance

· Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

· Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Knowledge of administrative and management principles

· Knowledge of financial statements and lending practices

· Knowledge of data compilation and reporting and analysis

· Computer literacy and intermediate to advanced level with Excel and Word

· General to advanced mathematical skills to include adding, subtracting, multiplication and division

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail and being thorough in completing work tasks

· Effective influencing abilities and conflict resolution skills

· Ability to multi-task, collaborate and communicate clearly both written and verbally

· Ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards

· Ability to read instructions and review documents for accuracy and calculations

· Ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems assigned or encountered

· Ability to identify complex problems and to review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

· Ability to self-develop by applying LDP to daily work and communications to provide model leadership and values to team and others

· Organizational ability and confident to work independently and with individuals and groups

· Ability to adapt to change as a result of our growth strategy

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information and propriety information

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Five years or more years in the finance field preferred; Three years required

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics or a related field preferred

· Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· This position directs and manages the Financial Marketing Specialist position; to include, but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Travel:

· Travel approximately 15% of the time to visit territory and or training

Physical Requirements:

· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform job duties and responsibilities

· This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.

· Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

· Frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

· Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lb

Work Environment:

· This job is generally performed in a professional office; in environmentally controlled conditions, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion

· Frequently works at a fast-pace with unscheduled interruptions
