Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of experience in land development or a related field Residential land development experience is required ; P.E. license is preferred but not required Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Design and review residential roadway, grading, and utility plans Conduct feasibility studies, prepare preliminary layouts, and review plans for municipal compliance Collaborate with internal teams and outside consultants to ensure timely project submittals and approvals Perform quality control, quantity takeoffs, and oversee permitting process with municipalities Mentor junior staff and manage project milestones, budgets, and quality control Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
