Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2-5 years of experience in land development or a related field; residential land development experience preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite Evaluate site plans and utility drawings for compliance and constructability Design grading, utility, and residential layouts for feasibility studies Interpret geotechnical, traffic, and environmental reports to assess development conditions Assist with permitting, due diligence, and coordination with municipalities and consultants Collaborate with internal teams to meet budgets, timelines, and quality expectations Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

2-5 years of experience in land development or a related field; residential land development experience preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
