Lead Our Team as a Foreman at Roots Decks and Remodels!

Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level? Roots Decks and Remodels is looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our team in Penn Yan, NY. As a Foreman, you will have the opportunity to lead and work alongside a dedicated team on a variety of decks and remodeling projects, including bathroom & kitchens. If you have hands-on experience and are eager to grow professionally while fostering a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform tasks such as framing, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and installations.
• Manage day-to-day operations on-site to ensure projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Solve problems and make decisions to keep projects running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.

Required Skills:

• Experience in best framing practices, millwork, installation, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical wiring
• Ability to conduct inspections, perform general installation, and handle surprises during remodel process.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $70,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $110,000.00
• Flexible schedules and holiday pay after 3 months of employment.
