Architectural Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager who is proficient in Revit and eager to take on new challenges across various market sectors. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects primarily located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience in Revit or other 3D modeling software such as Archi-CAD. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, producing work while managing projects, clients, and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
  • Produce high-quality design work while overseeing project management tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients and consulting partners to ensure project success.
  • Navigate and incorporate prototypical design elements and adhere to current building codes.
  • Balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software such as Autocad.
  • Strong architectural design and construction administration skills.
  • Registered architect or on the path to becoming licensed.
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in the architecture and design industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited university.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial, retail, or K-12 projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with consulting partners effectively.
  • Strong listening skills and respectful interactions.
Work Environment

The role requires working in a modern office environment located near the south end, equipped with full amenities. This position involves collaboration with team members and consulting partners, ensuring a dynamic and interactive work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Ragona offers healthcare, benefits, no 401k but they do offer bonuses and work from home friday's but they are full in-office

This is a fully onsite position in CHARLOTTE,NC.
