General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer for night shifts from 11:00pm to 7:30am. This role requires a strong individual who can meet physical demands and work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
+ Stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods.
+ Read labels and documentation with visual acuity and drive safely using depth perception.
+ Hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms effectively.
+ Work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions.
+ Wear company-issued personal protection equipment including safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed shoes, gloves, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor, landscaping, and facilities maintenance.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical equipment, painting, repair, power tools, welding, and environmental remediation.
+ Skills in construction, carpentry, grinding, mechanical work, and forklift operation.
+ Experience with framing, preventive maintenance, maintenance technician tasks, and hydraulics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to understand and respond to written and verbal English instructions.
+ Ability to attend work predictably and regularly during scheduled hours, with occasional nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
+ Professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
