Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with some Electrical preferred) 5+ years of experience in a sustaining or product/process design role Experience using solid modeling CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), VA/VE tools, and strong mechanical/electrical aptitude Lead engineering changes and support sustaining projects by enhancing quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness of existing products Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and suppliers to identify and implement design modifications Conduct validation testing, FEA, tolerance analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, and maintain full drawing packages and BOMs Provide hands-on support in prototyping and testing while ensuring product changes meet all regulatory and performance standards Manage projects using RCCM methodology and work within MRP systems and ECO processes Ensure smooth product lifecycle management and support cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, and quality Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
