Carpenter Remodler

Residential general contractors are seeking experienced and professional carpenters and multi trade professionals for remodeling and new construction work. Multi-trade experience desired.
We continue to grow every year! The Individual must have a minimum of 5 years experience in residential remodeling and construction.

Examples of daily activities include:
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
Small job framing and trim
Large job framing for additions and new construction
Interior finish work, trim, cabinetry, flooring, sheetrock, taping and painting
Exterior finish work, doors, windows, trim, siding and general repairs
Build, finish trim and railing for exterior decks and porches
Job site safety and protection, excavation as needed, demo and clean up
Communication with other team members, foreman and owner
Communication with customers
Travel to and from job sites and acquire material as needed

Individual must be personally responsible and motivated to work in the construction trade year-round in all weather conditions, must be able to perform their job individually and as a part of a team, have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from various job sites, basic set of hand and power tools and communicate well with the team, the owner and customers.

Typical work week is 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with occasional weekend and/or night work.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week job with hourly pay ranging from $25-$35 depending on experience.
