Experienced Operator/Concrete Finisher/Working Foreman

I run a small excavation and concrete business serving the Treasure Valley. We handle Excavation, utilities, concrete demo, prep, pour, and finish.

Im looking for someone experienced who can help me run projects in the field, operate equipment, and keep jobs moving smoothly. I need someone reliable who can work independently, has a professional attitude, and treats customers with respect.

What Im looking for:
Experience with concrete work (demo, prep, pour, finish), excavation (operating mini-ex, skid steer, etc.)
Able to lead small jobs and make day-to-day decisions
Can read plans/layouts and work with minimal supervision
Drivers license and reliable transportation
Hardworking and dependable
