Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer II with 3-5 years of professional experience and a strong trajectory toward licensure. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of architectural projects under the guidance of senior design professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of creative design thinking and technical proficiency, supporting the development of architectural solutions from concept through construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project architects and managers to prepare and revise architectural drawings and documentation across all project phases.

Translate conceptual designs intopelling visual presentations and detailed technical documents.

Conduct research on materials, systems, and products to support design development and specification.

Assist in the selection of materials and finishes, ensuring alignment with project goals and sustainability standards.

Participate in construction administration activities, including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews.

Contribute to maintaining design integrity, quality standards, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the coordination of consultant teams and internal disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong design sensibility with the ability to develop creative and practical architectural solutions.

Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for design and documentation.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic presentations.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) formunication and documentation.

Basic hand sketching and physical model-making skills.

Excellentmunication, collaboration, and time management abilities.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

3-5 years of relevant architectural experience in a professional setting.

Actively pursuing architectural licensure is strongly preferred.
