We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our team for ongoing residential and small commercial projects. This is a hands-on position working with a small, respectful, high-performance crew. Youll be helping install flatwork such as patios, walkways, driveways, RV pads, slabs, and occasionally decorative/stamped concrete.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up on time, and can either hit the ground running or is ready to learn fast.
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Reading layouts or following directions from the crew lead
* Preparing the site: grading, compacting base, setting forms
* Pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete
* Using floats, hand trowels, edging tools, bull floats, and power trowels
* Broom finishing, stamping, or applying decorative finishes
* Cutting control joints
* Cleaning tools and keeping the job site organized
* Working safely around equipment and team members
* Loading/unloading materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
* 2+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred(Will train the right motivated person with basic labor experience)
* Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and good communication
* Ability to lift 6080 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in heat or cold
* Valid drivers license or reliable transportation
* Ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed
* Must be respectful, honest, and work well in a team environment
* No drug or alcohol issues we run a professional job site
Pay & Benefits:
* $18-$22 Hour depending on experience and reliability
