Location: Richmond, VA

Salary Range: $95/hr top $105/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in applying engineering principles to solve complex industrial layout and manufacturing production challenges. This role is integral to ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Large Construction projects
• Experience in Data Center Construction ..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Experience with CAD and other engineering software applications

• Creativity in developing engineering solutions
• Detail-oriented with a strong team player mindset
• PMP certifications is preferred
• OSHA certification is preferred
• Experience in planning and improving production efficiency

• Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in operations to establish standard production rates
• Interpret engineering drawings and confer with management to determine quality and reliability standards
• Prepare charts and diagrams to illustrate workflow and material handling
• Observe equipment operation to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from standards
