General Laborer - 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$18.50 /hour

Full Time work available

Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)

Assist with production, assembly, or packaging of wire and metal products

Load and unload parts, operate basic machinery, and monitor product flow

Perform visual inspections for defects and maintain quality standards

Keep work areas clean and organized

Follow all safety guidelines and report issues to supervisors as needed

General Laborer - 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks

Team-player attitude with attention to detail and quality

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Applicant may be subject to a background check

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
